Technical Specialist – Beverage Filling Line Support

About the role

QazAlPack is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide on‑site technical support for beverage filling lines that use aluminum cans and ends. The role involves diagnosing process deviations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring the integrity of the packaging process.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer production sites to deliver technical support.
• Diagnose process deviations and identify root causes of defects during filling, seaming, packaging and transportation.
• Check equipment settings, technical condition and operating parameters of filling lines.
• Investigate customer claims and prepare technically substantiated conclusions.
• Identify causes of can damage, seam defects and loss of package integrity.
• Develop corrective recommendations and monitor their implementation.
• Cooperate with customers’ production, technical and quality teams.
• Participate in product trials, technical meetings and customer training.
• Represent the company’s technical position in disputed cases.

Required profile

• Higher or specialized secondary technical education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with beverage filling lines.
• Experience in operation, setup, commissioning or maintenance of filling‑line equipment.
• Familiarity with beer, carbonated beverages, water, juices, energy drinks or other beverages.
• Understanding of the complete filling and packaging process.
• Knowledge of seamer setup and double‑seam formation.
• Strong technical diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and equipment diagrams.
