Tax Dispute Resolution Internship – Astana

About the role

PwC is looking for recent 2024 graduates to join its Tax Dispute Resolution team in Astana as paid interns. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax law, dispute resolution strategies, and client advisory services while supporting senior professionals on real cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal and tax research related to ongoing disputes.
• Prepare documentation such as legal briefs, memos, and case summaries.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to understand case strategies.
• Analyze tax regulations and assess their impact on dispute resolution approaches.
• Develop presentations and reports for client delivery.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2024) with a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field.
• GPA of 3.3 – 3.5 or higher.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or above.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in tax law and dispute resolution.
