System Analyst – BPMN & Creatio Platform

About the role

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with a strong focus on BPMN modeling and the Creatio low‑code platform. In this role you will translate business needs into robust system designs, ensuring seamless integration across our enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows.
• Design, configure, and optimize solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Model business processes using BPMN notation to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to define integrations and customizations.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Creatio and ERP, CRM, or third‑party APIs.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Creatio or other low‑code/no‑code platforms (preferred).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for process modeling and optimization.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing system integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs).
• Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
