Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of district/area warehouses (yards) and for ensuring that field procurement teams receive material in a timely manner. This role drives proper material management through accurate requisition creation, goods receiving, binning, packing and issuing while adhering to all applicable policies and procedures. The supervisor will also maintain an accurate warehousing management system, develop key performance indicators, and generate required reports.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of district/area warehouses (yards).
• Coordinate with field procurement to request and receive material promptly.
• Create timely material requisitions and ensure accurate goods receiving.
• Manage binning, packing and issuing of materials.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Streamline, optimize and manage the district/area supply chain.
• Maintain an accurate warehousing management system.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate required reports.
