Strategic Analytics & Insights Sales Executive

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a Sales Executive for its Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business in Almaty. You will build the relationship between the SA&I business and local clients in Kazakhstan, foster profitable revenue and raise awareness of the wider SA&I portfolio, working closely with the execution, operations and data analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Sell to strategic clients: identify opportunities, run capability meetings, prepare and negotiate proposals
• Take part in building strategic account sales plans and deliver your part of them
• Develop the consumer insights business with new clients: identify needs, build relationships and awareness of research solutions, prepare and negotiate proposals
• Lead contract renewals and negotiations while delivering revenue goals and keeping a long-term growth focus
• Promote research awareness at client and internal events
• Work with the execution and operations teams and own the sales target

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in market research or other marketing services sales
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advantage of experience with FMCG, retail or trade data
• Strong client relations, communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in English and Russian

• Knowledge of consumer and shopper research methodologies
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools
