About the role

We are looking for a specialist experienced with Adobe Campaign to design, launch and optimise mass and trigger‑based email and push communications. The role involves working with a CDP system, handling HTML assets, segmenting audiences and analysing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and launch tactical and trigger‑based email and push campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
• Review and adapt provided HTML templates, inserting links, UTM parameters and dynamic variables.
• Segment the client database for targeted email and push sends based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Export communication metrics and overall database statistics in the required format for analysis and reporting.
• Analyse communication performance and support hypothesis development for A/B testing.
• Conduct audits of key indicators to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of email and push campaign setup, segmentation, testing and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; higher‑level knowledge of JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Campaign.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience with platforms such as Emarsys, Mindbox or SAP CRM is a plus.
