About the role

The Internal Logistics Specialist will ensure smooth flow of tobacco and non‑tobacco materials within production, manage inventory, and support compliance with PMI standards. You will work closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and finance to guarantee accurate material accounting and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Record waste and deliver tobacco and non‑tobacco materials to production.
• Track material movements in SAP, LES and IMEL systems.
• Control packaging processes and quality of both material types.
• Perform monthly inventory of waste and main assets.
• Return defective or unused materials to suppliers and prepare related reports.
• Participate in product‑quality and digital‑labeling investigations.
• Manage digital labeling codes (loading, reconciliation, de‑commission).
• Coordinate contractors for defect removal and product disposal.
• Prepare accounting acts and reports for the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with PMI standards, legal, environmental, health, safety and sustainability policies.
• Monitor external warehouses and compare quarterly customs‑warehouse reports.
• Order and oversee transport of materials between warehouses, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, fumigation procedures and related documentation.

Required profile

• Higher technical education.
• At least 1 year of experience in production or warehouse logistics.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as SAP and Excel.
• Intermediate English (optional but advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and numerical aptitude.
• Experience with external warehouse monitoring and transport‑company coordination.
