About the role

The MTS Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end procurement of material and technical resources for ALS. You will act as the main liaison between internal requesters and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials, and spare parts while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive purchase requests and initiate procurement orders for material‑technical resources.
• Conduct market research on material resources and evaluate supplier offers based on assortment, volume, and quality.
• Negotiate and finalize contract terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery of resources to the central warehouse and subsequent distribution to project sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records at the central warehouse to avoid excess stock.
• Prepare and submit claims to suppliers for contractual breaches and calculate related settlements.
• Verify supplier invoices and other payment documents, ensuring correct processing for timely payment.
• Monitor minimum‑maximum inventory levels using the 1C system.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for contract compliance and inventory control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the 1C ERP system.
