SMB Account Executive – Central Asia

About the role

Creatio is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI‑powered CRM and workflow platform across small and medium‑size businesses in Central Asia. Based in Almaty, you will build and manage a portfolio of target SMBs, generate new leads, and work closely with product, technical, and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and key performance metrics for the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities, manage pipeline, forecast sales, and execute the full SMB sales cycle.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and solution‑selling strategies.
• Establish relationships with VP/C‑level buyers in both business and IT functions.
• Focus on new logo acquisition while identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including executive, product, and technical teams—to ensure successful deal closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling SaaS platforms to SMBs.
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Deep understanding of executive‑level SMB sales methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational abilities.
• University degree (4‑year) and a strong curiosity for technology.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/BPM software solutions.
