Service Engineer – Electrical Drives & Motors

About the role

Innomotics is seeking a Service Engineer to join its Almaty team, supporting the commissioning, repair and maintenance of a wide range of electric drives and motors. The role combines hands‑on technical work with customer consultation and product selection.

Key responsibilities

• Commission, repair and maintain medium‑voltage drives (e.g., GH180, GL150, GH150, GM150).
• Commission, repair and maintain high‑voltage motors (e.g., DW, HVC, HVM).
• Commission, repair and maintain low‑voltage motors (e.g., 1LE, 1MB).
• Provide technical consultation to customers on HV and LV motors and MV drives.
• Select appropriate products and spare parts according to customer requirements.
• Complete mandatory training and pursue continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanical or electrotechnical fields, or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum three years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Fluent Russian or Kazakh and at least pre‑intermediate English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader, Outlook and Teams.

Required skills

• Commissioning, repair and maintenance of MV drives, HV motors and LV motors.
• Technical consultation and product selection.
• Use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Acrobat Reader).
