Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will join the Indirect Sourcing team to coordinate purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage procurement and tendering processes in line with company policies.
• Source, qualify and develop local and international suppliers.
• Prepare tender documentation, procurement recommendations and supplier selection justifications.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contracts and performance requirements.
• Produce analytical reports on procurement and materials management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in procurement, materials management, supply chain or tender administration.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to handle large data volumes.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for business correspondence and contract review.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• ERP systems such as 1C, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
