Senior Service Experience Consultant – Noncard

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Service Experience Consultant to lead the enablement of new non‑card solutions for its global client base. The role focuses on translating product concepts into operational processes, guiding pilots with banks and partners, and ensuring smooth transition of new services into business‑as‑usual operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Visa’s new solution initiatives, managing business‑operation impacts and leading pilot projects for emerging products.
• Collaborate with the Solutions team to capture client needs, define testing and set‑up requirements, and produce clear project artifacts.
• Develop and refine implementation documentation, creating repeatable, scalable processes for product roll‑outs.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality.
• Deliver comprehensive training and produce implementation guides, presentations, forms, and project plans.
• Act as liaison between Product and Client Services, contributing early input during design and development stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an individual contributor solving complex problems in a client‑service or product‑enablement environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external banks, partners, processors, and service providers.
• Senior‑level expertise, reflected by the “Sr Consultant” designation.
