Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead growth for Kazakhstan’s most iconic enterprise brands. Based in Almaty, you will act as the strategic architect of commercial success, combining data‑driven insights with creative partnership approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Own the most commercially significant portfolio of Tier‑1 restaurant enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute multi‑quarter growth roadmaps, moving beyond reactive fixes to achieve long‑term scaling.
• Lead commercial negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑solution plans using the full suite of Wolt products (Wolt+, Ads, Drive, Storefront) to meet partner KPIs.
• Deep‑dive into data sets to uncover hidden patterns, root causes, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and feed field insights into product roadmaps.

• Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts in a fast‑moving environment.
• Data‑savvy mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
