Senior Commercial Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Data Analyst for Glovo Kazakhstan, you will drive revenue growth by turning data into actionable commercial insights. Working from our Almaty office, you will partner with the Head of Commercial and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, optimise partner value and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Partner Ads & Promotions strategy, develop sales pipelines and conversion funnels.
• Improve processes, reporting and tooling to maximise commercial efficiency and campaign performance.
• Consolidate, optimise and maintain dashboards, tools and reports tracking KPIs and partner investments in Ads products.
• Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Support commercial projects such as business planning, partner P&L analysis, portfolio management, forecasting and target setting.
• Develop playbooks and materials to communicate the value proposition of new Ads products and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to a growth‑oriented, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 2‑3 years of experience in demanding analytical roles such as consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, logistics, analytics or strategy.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude and ownership mindset, bias for action and result orientation.
• Comfortable working in a high‑growth, high‑performance start‑up environment.
