Senior Brand Ads Associate

About the role

Join Glovo’s Brand Ads team and help scale one of the most innovative retail media networks in the industry. You will work directly with strategic brand partners, combining marketing, media, and data to drive visibility and revenue on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of Glovo Brand Marketing Services to brand partners.
• Implement the Brand Marketing Services strategy in collaboration with the BMS Manager.
• Understand partner needs and recommend marketing activities, data services, consumer insights, and sales boosters.
• Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple touch‑points.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class activations.
• Analyze and report the impact of campaigns on both brand partners and Glovo’s business.
• Build success stories to replicate partnership strategies across categories and countries.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of marketing or sales experience in a leading FMCG company or e‑commerce business.
• Highly analytical with the ability to tackle high‑growth, complex business challenges.
• Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non‑digital channels.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels and performance‑marketing KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
