Senior Account Manager – Process Measurement & Control

About the role

Honeywell’s Process Measurement and Control (PMC) business is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across industrial automation, detection, measurement and control markets. You will own strategic accounts, mentor distributors and deliver innovative solutions that enhance safety, compliance and productivity for customers in oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary customer liaison.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets for detection, measurement, control and safety solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their operational needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity to delivery, commissioning and service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive continuous growth.
• Expand business in Central Asian markets (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan).

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in account management.
• Proven track record of selling industrial automation, detection or measurement solutions.
• Strong understanding of process industries and ability to travel regionally.
