SAP PP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join a remote implementation project for SAP S/4HANA, with occasional travel to Atyrau. You will play a key role in configuring production planning processes and ensuring a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle: blueprint, configuration, testing, and production rollout.
• Analyze manufacturing business processes and design solutions based on SAP PP.
• Configure PP functionality, including MRP, production planning, dispatch, and production order management.
• Prepare project documentation such as specifications, user instructions, and test scenarios.
• Conduct integration testing and provide support to key users.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
• Deliver user training and assist with data migration when required.
• Support the Go‑Live phase and post‑implementation hypercare.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an SAP PP consultant.
• Successful involvement in full‑cycle SAP ERP or S/4HANA implementations, preferably as a key consultant.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of SAP PP components: MRP, work centers, routings, BOMs, production orders, capacity planning.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Fiori applications.
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO modules.
• Higher technical or economic education.
• Optional: experience with greenfield S/4HANA PP projects, PP/DS, APO/IBP, Fiori configuration, SAP BTP, or SAP PP certification.
