Sales Manager (Kazakh-Speaking)

About the role

FxPro, an international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai and Yerevan, is looking for a Sales Manager who speaks Kazakh. You will engage prospective clients in Kazakhstan, guide them through onboarding and their first deposit, understand local client needs, manage a pipeline of leads independently and follow internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads by phone, email and approved messaging channels
• Explain the company's services, account types and platforms clearly and accurately
• Guide clients through registration, account verification, platform access and their first deposit
• Maintain consistent follow-up and handle questions and objections professionally
• Aim for agreed targets for lead conversion and first-time deposits while keeping service quality high
• Explain deposit methods and help resolve payment-related queries with internal teams
• Keep accurate CRM records of leads, interaction notes and follow-ups
• Follow approved sales procedures, communicate risks to clients and escalate compliance concerns
• Identify barriers to conversion and suggest improvements to the onboarding and sales process

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales or account management experience in a fintech company
• Experience working with clients from Kazakhstan and understanding their common needs
• Track record of managing leads and meeting conversion or first-deposit targets
• Good communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Fluent Kazakh and Russian, written and spoken, with basic English
• Understanding of financial products, account conditions, digital platforms, KYC requirements and deposit processes
• Ability to prioritise leads, work independently and collaborate with the team, remotely or on-site

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional regional languages
• Familiarity with payment methods commonly used in Kazakhstan
• Experience with CRM systems, sales dashboards and lead management tools
