Sales Coordinator – Commercial Analytics

About the role

The Sales Coordinator works closely with commercial teams and key stakeholders to transform sales data into clear, actionable insights. You will create engaging presentations, analyse incentive performance and act as a trusted business partner, keeping internal teams and distributors informed on pricing, promotions and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create presentations based on sales performance, pricing dynamics and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse achievement of incentive and bonus targets and provide performance insights.
• Inform internal stakeholders and distributors about pricing changes, promotional activities and product launches.
• Support regional and cross‑functional teams with forecasting, planning and performance analysis.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear reports and maintain a single source of truth.
• Own reporting systems, driving development, administration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee documentation workflows within electronic document management systems.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, proactive specialist passionate about data‑driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Comfortable creating impactful presentations with PowerPoint.
• Experience in a coordinator, department assistant, analyst or similar support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ownership, proactive approach and commitment to delivering results.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
