Sales Account Executive – Diagnostics

About the role

Roche is looking for a Sales Account Executive to promote its diagnostics portfolio. You will work directly with clinicians and distributors to increase product usage and support the company’s mission of improving health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote diagnostic products and tests to healthcare professionals in the assigned region.
• Gather and relay feedback from clinicians to internal teams.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly visit plans based on target frequencies.
• Deliver approved product information to ensure higher consumption.
• Monitor stock levels at distributor sites and manage product circulation.
• Represent Roche at congresses, symposiums and other industry events.
• Conduct market, sector and competitor analysis and report findings regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biology, chemistry or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a medical representative or similar sales role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency and fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
