Work on the cutting edge of mental health AI, creating culturally nuanced psychiatric cases, evaluating AI assessments, and writing clinical documentation in both Russian and English—all on your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build complex psychiatric cases drawn from realistic, culturally nuanced clinical situations.
• Evaluate psychological assessments and write expert annotations grounded in Russian-language psychiatric practice.
• Write clinical documentation and case analysis in both Russian and English.
• Review and critique how AI systems are evaluated on mental health content.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
• Experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Russian‑speaking clinical settings.
• Fluent Russian and advanced written and spoken English.
• No prior AI experience required.
