Recruitment Manager – CIS & Europe

About the role

The Recruitment Manager is a core member of our Global Enrollment team, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will lead the agent network and execute the marketing and recruitment strategy for the CIS and Europe region, driving student enrollment across our partner schools in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment and sales targets for each partner school through agents in the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new agents, ensuring high‑quality partner experiences.
• Provide product training, sales coaching, and ongoing support to agents.
• Collaborate with head office and partner schools to keep sales tools current and relevant.
• Assist the CRO in developing the regional marketing plan and deliver presentations to students and counsellors.
• Organise and promote exhibitions, seminars, university visits, and other recruitment events.
• Leverage social media and digital channels to raise brand awareness.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and manage the regional budget.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English (written and oral).
• 4‑year university degree and 4‑5 years of marketing & recruitment experience in the education sector.
• Prior experience studying abroad in the U.S., U.K., or Canada is strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with agents in the CIS and European markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Team‑player mindset with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
