Quality Control Specialist – Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that finished construction material products meet the highest standards during production. Working on a shift basis, you will operate testing equipment, record results, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and conduct accurate measurements.
• Operate and maintain quality‑control equipment, ensuring proper temperature, humidity and other test conditions.
• Document analyses, maintain electronic technical files in SharePoint or AFON, and keep shift logs.
• Investigate product returns, identify causes of quality deterioration and propose corrective actions.
• Follow safety, occupational health and fire‑safety regulations, and report on expired material suitability.

Required profile

• Experienced PC user.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows PC operations.
• Basic use of SharePoint for document management.
• Familiarity with AFON database system.
