QC Inspector (Civil)

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will oversee civil construction activities at the Tengiz field, ensuring all work complies with design documentation, standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming, operational, and final quality control inspections of construction work, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with approved procedures, identify non‑conformities, and prepare inspection reports and certificates.
• Participate in investigations of defects, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and maintain quality documentation.
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and construction supervision.
• Higher professional education (Bachelor's/Master's) or diploma in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English.
