QC Inspector (Civil)

About the role

The QC Inspector will ensure that all civil construction and installation work meets design documentation and quality standards on the Tengiz field.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control of construction, materials, and equipment according to standards.
• Conduct incoming, operational, and final inspections of construction work.
• Identify non‑conformities, deviations, and violations of quality requirements.
• Prepare reports, certificates and related documentation.
• Participate in investigations of defects and oversee corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and construction supervision.
• Higher professional education (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or diploma in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes.
