Project Manager – Wind Turbine Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery, installation and commissioning of wind turbines. The role is based at Envision headquarters and requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal project team activities to deliver wind turbine projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project deliveries, ensuring customer acceptance and approval.
• Coordinate with the overall project leader on all management topics and maintain customer communications.
• Monitor supply chain, planning and hire site technician roles.
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and technical issues.
• Support the project team in issue resolution and customer management.
• Oversee the entire project, monitor deliverables, and report results to Envision Energy management.
• Identify and manage risks, facilitate escalation of roadblocks, and define action plans.
• Organise and attend project management meetings covering safety, planning, quality, risk, forecasting and actions.
• Conduct workshops and coordinate team efforts to remove deviations.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (e.g., engineering or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience in the wind industry.
• Strong knowledge of people and project management methods, commercial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with a drive to challenge the status quo and pursue higher standards.
