Project Manager – Ride-Hailing Division

About the role

indrive is scaling its Strategy & Planning function and is looking for a Project Manager to act as the operational engine of its global Ride-Hailing division. You will own the leadership business rhythm, drive high-impact cross-functional projects and use AI tools to change how strategic work is tracked and reported. It is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives on structure, senior stakeholder management and multi-market complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Align cross-functional goals, ensure clear ownership, unblock dependencies and keep the leadership team informed of risks
• Champion and implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimise reporting
• Lead high-stakes cross-functional projects in Mobility by building project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Design, optimise and own the operational cadence (scope, frequency and agenda) of the Ride-Hailing division, aligned with Legal, Government Relations, Finance and other corporate functions
• Facilitate critical leadership meetings, from agenda setting and pre-reads to follow-up accountability
• Set up a framework to track key initiatives, monitor milestones and escalate bottlenecks early

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO or business operations within a fast-paced tech company
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing diverse, cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple time zones
• Operational rigor: running high-density meetings, driving consensus among senior leaders and turning complex discussions into structured action items
• Fluent English
• Strong plus: direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery or a dynamic tech company, especially in multi-market or regional operations
