Product Manager – Near Patient Care Solutions

About the role

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Product Manager for its Near Patient Care solutions in Central Asia and Caucasian countries. Based in Almaty, you will join the healthcare innovation team to grow the product portfolio and support market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term (annual) and medium‑term business and marketing plans for the product portfolio.
• Maintain high‑level market and product knowledge, and communicate insights across functions.
• Organise training programmes for the commercial team on product features, marketing strategies and competitive landscape.
• Plan and coordinate product‑related marketing events such as congresses and conferences in collaboration with relevant partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biology or chemistry.
• 1‑2 years of product management experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Upper‑intermediate English and fluent Russian.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
