About the role

The Operator will ensure the continuous operation of technological equipment and monitor the production process in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. This position contributes to product quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting company projects aimed at process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted operation of technological equipment and supervise the production line.
• Control and account for tobacco and non‑tobacco materials.
• Perform corrective maintenance on shop‑floor equipment, diagnose faults and implement repairs.
• Monitor product quality against specifications and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on completed work.
• Participate in company projects focused on improving production processes and product quality.

Required profile

• Secondary‑special or higher technical education.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in an international company.
• At least 1–2 years in a similar operator role.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new procedures.
