Operational Excellence Deployment Lead

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey as an Operational Excellence Deployment Lead. You will drive the rollout and sustainability of the Open+/Integrated Work System (IWS) across manufacturing sites, aligning initiatives with factory priorities and global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of Open+/IWS across production operations.
• Coach, train, and certify teams to build capability in Lean, TPM, and autonomous maintenance.
• Act as lead auditor for IWS, conducting assessments, identifying gaps, and managing corrective actions.
• Evaluate and certify teams against IWS standards to ensure readiness for autonomous operation.
• Implement new methodologies, standards, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance with global and regional requirements.
• Facilitate best‑practice sharing across Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and support functions.
• Integrate daily management systems, performance management processes, and continuous‑improvement routines within the Open+ framework.
• Monitor deployment effectiveness, analyse performance trends, and provide insights to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Drive sustainable performance improvement through structured problem‑solving, loss elimination, and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
