Middle Data Analyst

About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Middle Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical and quantitative methods, including regression, hypothesis testing, simulations, and time‑series analysis.
• Validate analytical outputs, identify anomalies and outliers, and translate findings into practical recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau) tailored to different audience levels, from executive summaries to detailed analytical reports.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of dashboards as data sources, business rules, and system configurations evolve.
• Research relevant datasets, industry benchmarks, and external context to support decision‑making and assess data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and experience with large relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, matplotlib or ggplot2.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Git, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
