Merchant Onboarding Associate

About the role

As a Merchant Onboarding Associate you will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new restaurant partners joining the Wolt platform. You will act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams, helping them launch successfully and start generating revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new venues, guaranteeing timely and accurate platform setup.
• Review and validate partner information against signed contracts.
• Create, review and structure partner menus, coordinating translations when required.
• Organise photography sessions to achieve 100 % image coverage for each partner.
• Distribute Wolt gear and train partners on its proper usage.
• Conduct online and offline training on the Wolt Merchant app and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with partners during the first 30 days post‑launch to drive engagement.
• Support technical integrations such as API or SFTP connections when needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or partner‑facing role.
• Fluent Russian, good Kazakh and intermediate English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and able to work under pressure.
• Quick learner, tech‑savvy and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
