Merchant Onboarding Associate

About the role

Wolt is looking for a self‑motivated Merchant Onboarding Associate to join our fast‑growing team in Astana. You will be the main point of contact for new restaurant partners, ensuring a smooth and timely setup on the Wolt platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new venues, guaranteeing accurate platform configuration.
• Validate partner information against signed contracts and create/verify menus.
• Coordinate photography, gear distribution, and training on the Wolt Merchant app.
• Build strong relationships with partners during the first 30 days post‑launch.
• Support technical integrations such as API or SFTP when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or partner‑management role.
• Logical problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Fluent Russian, good Kazakh, and intermediate English.
