About the role

We are a professional development centre that organizes seminars and training programmes for companies across various industries. We are looking for a proactive Client Relations Manager to drive outbound outreach, present our learning solutions and nurture client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and conduct business negotiations with company representatives.
• Present seminars and training programmes to prospective clients.
• Identify client training needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to work full‑time.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Russian and Kazakh.
• Strong business communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to develop a career in B2B corporate sales.

Required skills

• CRM system usage.

What we offer

• Office‑based work in the Batyss district.
• 5‑day work week (Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00, lunch 13:00‑14:00).
• Base salary of 190 000 KZT per month plus sales bonuses.
