About the role

The Pharmacy Network Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product assortment, and strengthening relationships with key pharmacy chains across the assigned region in Kazakhstan. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, product pricing, and the performance of pharmacy networks.
• Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and broaden the product range within assigned pharmacy chains.
• Develop and negotiate business development agreements with pharmacy networks.
• Prepare periodic forecasts for product purchases, sales volumes, and distribution plans.
• Monitor regional plan execution, consolidate key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in major pharmacy chains.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales or key‑account management, preferably with pharmacy networks.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts with pharmacy chains.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience preparing business plans and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings.
• Higher education degree.
