About the role

We are looking for an energetic and goal‑oriented Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing sports centre. You will work with inbound client inquiries, guide prospects through our service portfolio, and help them choose the right training format, ultimately converting them into long‑term members.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client contacts via phone and messengers (no cold calling).
• Consult customers on the centre’s services and programmes.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable training formats.
• Schedule trial sessions and support prospects until they purchase a membership.
• Manage membership renewals and client retention efforts.
• Build long‑term relationships with members.
• Maintain deals and client data in Bitrix24 and “Moy Klass” CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
