About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing distribution company in Kazakhstan. You will coordinate BTL activations, digital campaigns and promotional activities for our food and beverage portfolio, ensuring strong market presence and brand support for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing marketing projects, including BTL activations, digital campaigns and promo activities.
• Organise and control BTL events, promotions and special projects.
• Develop POSM designs and other marketing materials for the product range.
• Work with the Digital team and external agencies: prepare briefs, create advertising assets and support digital campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising agencies, designers and production partners.
• Maintain marketing documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, collect results and prepare activity reports.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, food & beverage or a BTL/advertising agency.
• Understanding of basic marketing concepts such as target audience, positioning and brand marketing.
• Experience working with contractors and advertising agencies.
• Ability to handle contracts, invoices and closing documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Initiative, responsibility and ability to work in a cross‑functional team.
