Marketing Manager – Legal & Energy Sector

About the role

The Marketing Manager will oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities to strengthen Unicase’s brand and support business development within the legal and energy sectors. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Almaty and involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and coordinating content creation for the firm’s website, social media and thought‑leadership materials.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen the Unicase Central Asia brand and support business development in legal and energy markets.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage website content, social media platforms and email marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate creation of thought‑leadership materials, client‑focused presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with partners and lawyers to promote key practice areas.
• Support events, conferences and client seminars.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing management, brand positioning and campaign planning within professional services or B2B sectors.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and channels, including website management, social media and email marketing, plus basic analytics.
• Solid content development skills for marketing materials, client communications and presentations tailored to legal and energy topics.
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Russian or Kazakh is a plus.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, with experience coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; prior experience in a law firm, consulting or professional services is advantageous.
