Manager / Senior Manager – International Tax

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its International Tax practice. The professional will lead complex tax advisory engagements for multinational and large domestic clients, combining technical expertise with project and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on international tax matters, including tax structuring, permanent establishment issues, cross‑border transactions and double taxation treaty application.
• Participate in transfer pricing projects in collaboration with the TP team as part of broader engagements.
• Prepare and review tax memoranda, opinions, transaction diagrams and analytical materials for clients and internal teams.
• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, ensure quality control and meet deadlines while coordinating junior staff.
• Engage with clients in meetings and negotiations, presenting technical approaches and building long‑term relationships.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitch materials and client portfolio growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Relevant experience in international taxation within a consulting firm, Big Four environment or multinational company.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
