Legal Counsel – Growth Businesses (Fleet Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Growth Businesses legal team, focusing on Fleet projects and providing broader commercial support across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Fleet projects across multiple markets, including drafting and negotiating partnership and service agreements, drive‑to‑own and leasing structures, and financing arrangements.
• Draft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial contracts, templates, and policies such as partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use.
• Offer legal advice on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters.
• Advise on cross‑border legal structuring, flag regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations, and coordinate with local counsel when needed.
• Monitor relevant regulations in assigned markets and prepare concise legal analysis with practical recommendations.
• Support the creation of reusable legal templates, checklists, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on regional and global projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as in‑house counsel or at a law firm, preferably supporting IT, tech, or platform companies.
• Strong foundation in civil and commercial law; experience with financing/leasing, consumer, or marketing/advertising law is a plus.
• Interest in or familiarity with digital platform regulation.
• Excellent drafting, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in an international or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
