Kazakh‑Speaking Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer who is fluent in Kazakh and Russian to drive our international expansion. The role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and executing growth strategies that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set and support departmental KPIs, creating action plans to meet corporate targets.
• Support market penetration and expansion across existing and new countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular meetings and engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored market strategies.
• Promote company products and services while monitoring competitor offerings.
• Represent the company at events, seminars, and promotional activities in multiple regions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, client or partner relations.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; strong command of English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Good leadership and team‑development abilities.

• Computer literacy (standard office software).
