Kazakh-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Kazakh‑speaking professional to join our Partner Relations team in Kazakhstan. You will play a key part in retaining and growing our partner base while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing personalized support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback and use insights to improve services.
• Analyze partner behavior to identify upselling and customization opportunities.
• Communicate product updates, promotions and platform improvement ideas to relevant internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in partner retention.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Kazakh with excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
