Junior Vendor Manager – Private Brands

About the role

As the Private Brands portfolio at AUTODOC continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Vendor Manager to join our team in Kazakhstan. You will be the main point of contact for 15‑30 manufacturing partners, overseeing end‑to‑end sourcing, factory onboarding, commercial negotiations and EU regulatory compliance while working closely with cross‑functional teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and strategic collaboration with primary suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Lead independent negotiations to improve commercial terms, pricing, delivery parameters and Service Level Agreements.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers in existing or new markets (e.g., China, Türkiye) to support SKU expansion and KPI growth.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data, update commercial terms promptly, and ensure product quality, packaging information and EU regulatory compliance.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies, handle claims, manage legal and certificate expirations, and optimise shipment workflows together with the Vendor Operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in vendor management, procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong commercial negotiation abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment and collaborate with international teams.
