Junior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the Money Calculation team. You will help ensure accurate commission calculations, reliable fiscalisation and timely delivery of tax requirements across our markets, working closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal and Fintech teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the fiscalisation and tax domain within the Money Calculation platform, including e‑invoicing, fiscal receipts, VAT, withholding rules and gig‑worker social contributions.
• Deliver new country tax and fiscalisation requirements end‑to‑end, meeting statutory deadlines.
• Manage receipt issuance, ensuring fiscal documents are generated, delivered and accepted by tax authorities while reducing failure rates.
• Own the commission calculation service from a product perspective, guaranteeing correct debiting, consistency and reliable behaviour at scale.
• Translate regulatory and finance requirements into precise product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, balancing regulatory obligations with technical capacity.
• Maintain the team’s roadmap and backlog, aligning delivery dates with legal deadlines and communicating risks early.
• Coordinate integration of the calculation and fiscalisation layer with adjacent systems such as payments, driver balance and financial accounting.
