Jira System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Jira Specialist to ensure stable operation, administration and continuous improvement of Jira and Jira Service Management across the company. The role combines hands‑on Jira administration, customization, process automation, integrations and the implementation of new Jira‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable operation of Jira and Jira Service Management, providing technical support and troubleshooting system issues.
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, SLAs, queues, forms, notifications and permissions to match business requirements.
• Design and implement automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks and other mechanisms.
• Create dashboards, reports, filters and data flows for KPI, SLA and operational analytics.
• Test changes, validate implementations and provide post‑launch support.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira administration, configuration, support and customization.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Jira solutions and to work independently with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
