About the role

The Sales Engineer will act as a key liaison between design and delivery phases, providing technical consultancy on construction sites, design institutes and client offices. You will work closely with architects, designers, structural engineers and company owners to ensure Hilti solutions are correctly applied.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and support construction and design organisations on Hilti technologies (mounting, anchoring, fire‑protection, direct‑mount equipment, etc.).
• Provide technical and economic calculations to justify the use of Hilti products in assigned regions.
• Perform design calculations for civil and industrial construction projects.
• Assist sales colleagues with product knowledge and technical advice.
• Select, calculate and test Hilti materials and engineering solutions on‑site.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and seminars for customers and design firms.

Required profile

• Higher education in civil engineering or related construction field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction design and calculation work.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.
• Basic manual calculation skills for structural elements.
• English language proficiency (advantageous), Kazakh language knowledge (advantageous).
• High self‑organisation, strong communication skills and a driver’s licence (category B).
