Intellectual Property Specialist – Trademark & Patent Attorney

About the role

Legalmax is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property professional to join its regional team. The role focuses on trademark, patent and copyright matters for both local and international clients, helping them protect and manage their IP assets across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on trademark, patent and copyright issues.
• Manage filing, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and patents.
• Support cross‑border IP protection and advise on foreign market requirements.
• Develop and expand the firm’s IP practice within the regional platform.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver cohesive IP solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney or specialist with proven experience in IP law.
• Track record of advising both domestic and international clients.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to practice development.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of trademark law.
• In‑depth knowledge of patent law.
• Understanding of copyright law.
• Experience with IP filing procedures and international IP systems (e.g., WIPO, USPTO, EPO).
