HSE Manager

About the role

The HSE Manager will ensure full compliance of Airbus Helicopters Kazakhstan Engineering's operations with occupational health, safety, and fire safety regulations, while developing and improving the HSE management system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update internal HSE policies, procedures and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct safety inductions, organise employee safety training and oversee the provision and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor technical condition of production equipment, buildings and facilities, and organise workplace risk assessments.
• Liaise with state regulatory authorities, facilitate official inspections and audits, and prepare mandatory statutory and internal safety reports.
• Participate in incident investigations, analyse root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and enhance the fire protection system and ensure compliance with corporate standards and export control requirements.

Required profile

• Professional experience in health, safety and environment management, preferably in an industrial or aerospace setting.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work with state regulators and conduct thorough investigations.
