HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist who is fluent in Russian and English. In this fully remote position you will keep our HR administration running smoothly, maintain accurate employee data, and support payroll and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee profiles and documentation in Workable, covering onboarding, transfers, terminations and status changes.
• Track working hours, absences and leave records using Uattend, and resolve any timesheet discrepancies.
• Consolidate and prepare payroll input data for the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Draft and distribute company‑wide HR announcements, and serve as a point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Maintain HR operational databases, generate periodic reports, and help improve workflows and templates.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in HR administration, operations or payroll support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (certifications a plus).
• Fluent Russian and English (C1+), with strong written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workable.
• Familiarity with time‑tracking tools like Uattend.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of task‑management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
