Hospitality Software IT Specialist

About the role

You will join our growing global service delivery team, implementing and supporting HRS’s portfolio of hospitality IT products. The role focuses on delivering technical assistance and installations for hospitality‑related companies.

Key responsibilities

• Install software solutions for spa and hospitality environments.
• Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite support for IT products.
• Update and maintain the internal call logging system with accurate support issue records.
• Research, isolate, and document root causes of problems, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Assist with occasional implementations, testing, and documentation creation.
• Test and troubleshoot new software versions before release.
• Prioritize and resolve issues of varying severity according to service levels.
• Manage support cases involving third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• IT background (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
• Familiarity with programming languages (preferred).
• Experience installing programs and operating systems.
• Willingness to travel and work night shifts when required.
• Technical support experience for logistics information systems.
• Experience installing 1C software.
• Open‑minded and eager to learn inventory‑management and IT concepts.
